Villa Matisse is located in the Mercantour Alpes region of the Cote d' Azur, just above the lovely, medieval town of Vence.

It is a stylish, modern villa with contemporary furnishings. Large windows flood the house with light and make the most of the fantastic sea views.The old walled town of Vence is a delight to wander through with interesting art galleries and craft shops creating a typically unpretentious Mediterranean feel. It has a classic French square and interesting church. For the full French experience, enjoy a pastis or lunch in the square and watch the world go by! Nearby St Paul de Vence has small cobbled streets with tempting artisan shops.

The beach at Cagnes-sur-Mer is only 6 miles away and the larger towns of Nice and Antibes are within easy reach.
