A beautiful and well equipped property for 16 people in Saint Tropez that is walking distance from the village-center with 6 double bedrooms and a children's bedroom.

Located within an exclusive gated community, the villa’s outdoor amenities include two terraces, a heated swimming pool (10m x 6m), and a traditional Provencal garden.

Terrace level :

The living room is furnished with a TV, a stereo, and telephone. The kitchen is equipped with all amenities, including a microwave and refrigerator with icemaker and chilled water dispenser. It is a real professional kitchen. There is a dining room with seating for twelve people.
There is one master bedroom with king-size bed, satellite TV, stereo, telephone, and fax machine. The en suite bathroom has both a shower and tub. There is one twin-bedded room with stereo and telephone, as well as an en suite bathroom with shower.

Ground level:

There is one master bedroom with king-size bed, a dressing room, satellite TV, stereo, and telephone. The en suite bathroom has a shower. The additional ground floor bedrooms include a twin bedded room with en suite bathroom with shower, and a further master guest room with king-size bed and en suite bathroom with tub and shower. Both bedrooms have stereos and telephones. Finally, there is a children’s bedroom with four single beds and en suite bathroom with shower separate toilet, and a Master bedroom with King size bed with en suite bathroom with shower separate toilet, satellite TV, stereo, and telephone.

  • It is possible to rent yacht Baia. It is 60 ft and can accommodate 12 people with a Skipper for 3150 euros per day + fuel.
