This charming old stone mill is set in 3 acres of secluded grounds with wonderful views across the surrounding forested hills. It is ideal for small groups looking for peace and privacy within striking distance of everything St. Tropez has to offer.

The accommodation is separated between the main house and a garden annex and both are furnished in a traditional, warm country style. La Garde Freinet is a delightful medieval village with numerous shops and restaurants and a colourful twice weekly market. The villages of Grimaud and Cogolin are well worth a visit, and St. Tropez, Club 55 and Pampelonne Beach are all within easy reach.

GARDEN ANNEX: 30 meters from the main house

Ground Floor:

(both rooms with external access): Double bedroom (1.40m). Bathroom, WC. Internal wooden ladder staircase from bedroom to a small single bedroom (0.90m) on lower ground floor, with door to gravelled area. For 2007, a covered terrace with summer kitchen is planned for this area.

Grounds:

Access to this property is not suitable for low-slung cars - 4x4 vehicles recommended. Swimming pool surrounded by sand, and decking. Gravelled area between two buildings with outdoor seating under an Indian style tent. Barbecue. Grounds are terraced with some unfenced drops in the land, therefore this property is not recommended for toddlers.
