In addition, it is extremely well equipped: security system and CCTV camera around the property , state of art hi-fi stereo system with controls in public areas., large plasma screen television in the living room and master bedroom. Each bedroom has its own television, air-conditioning, CD player, telephone and hair dryer.

All in all, this is simply the house of your dreams where you will find yourselves right in the middle of the "Hot Spots" of St-Tropez.

Ground floor:

25 square meter entrance hall with large folding doors opening from both side: East onto the terrace, pool and garden facing the sea and West onto the garden at the back of the villa. A large dining room comfortably sitting 12 guests, with floor to ceiling collapsible bay window and a 60m living-room with fire place and floor to ceiling bay windows opening onto terraces. Office area, TV room. Fully equipped kitchen, facing the west garden. 4 guest bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (2 with small terraces and facing east)

First floor:

1 master bedroom with fire place, en-suite bath /shower room, 2 large terraces facing north and east. 1 guest bedroom with 4 large bay windows, fire place, en-suite shower room, oversized angle terrace facing east and south.

  • Please note that France villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
