This villa is located in the heart of Roquefort at the top of the hill, within 3 hectares of gardens giving complete seclusion.

Recently restored, it is elegantly furnished in a traditional and very comfortable style, with numerous statues and pieces of art. Built on 2 floors, the accommodation comprises of 300m². Downstairs there is a large open plan living/dining room, a new kitchen fully-equipped for large families, and a lovely breakfast room. The bedrooms are all decorated in their own individual style and the two downstairs bedrooms have French windows opening onto a small walled garden. Upstairs the master bedroom is of a good size and has a large south facing sun terrace. There is also a lovely, newly built guest apartment in a self-contained annexe, which is joined to the house via a small upstairs terrace.

On both the south and west sides of the house, there are lovely open and shaded terraces on which there is an outside bar and summer sitting room. In front of the kitchen, there is a delightful Pergola that shields wide wooden tables and chairs to enjoy long summer lunches. The pool is large and deep and has a Californian style seat running along one side of it. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi and a covered outdoor games room.

This really is a wonderful rental property suitable for all ages as it provides peace and beauty with dramatic views over the countryside and the sea.
