St Hilaire Cote D'Azur

This beautifully designed villa is situated just 2 kilometres from the center of St Tropez, just off the road which provides a short cut through from the town to the Route des Plages.

The hotel, La Bastide de St Tropez, is an excellent restaurant that is close to the property. From the house, its terraces and garden, there are views to the sea in the distance.

The spacious living area and bedrooms at ground floor level,open to terraces, with seating and dining areas, and a very pretty garden with flowers and trees, with views to St Tropez and the sea in the distance. The dining terrace outside the front of the house has a large barbecue. From here, there is a gate and steps leading down to the 14 x 6m swimming pool on a lower level, surrounded by a sun terrace and a lawned area. The pool has steps at both ends, and at one end of the terrace is a seating area with several stone lion statues. The pool can be heated on request, and there is also a large shower room and steam room.

The interiors have an Italian ambience with terracotta tiled floors, luxurious marble bathrooms and wall frescoes in the living room. Most of the rooms open to terraces or the garden. The rear terrace has an attractive covered dining area and barbecue. Further amenities include air-conditioning, satellite TV, DVD and wi-fi Internet access.

Ground Floor:

Entrance hall. Cloakroom. Living room with fireplace and French doors to both the front terrace with sea views, and to the rear terrace with dining area. Dining room, opening to terrace, Well equipped kitchen with fridge/freezer with ice/water dispenser, microwave, dishwasher, and opening to rear dining terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, basin and WC) and doors on two sides opening to terraces. Double bedroom with en-suite shower room (with basin and WC), and doors to corridor and terrace. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom (bath, basin and WC), opening to rear dining terrace and garden. Double bedroom with double basins at one end, and doors to a shower room on one side and to a WC on the other.

Lower Ground Floor:

Billiard room. 2 double bedrooms with en-suite shower rooms (with basin and WC). These two bedrooms and bathrooms are brand new, but with small windows and not as light as the other bedrooms.
