This lovely Mediterranean style villa is in a blissfully convenient location, equal distance between Tahiti Beach and the center of St. Tropez, and two kilometers from each.

The secluded mature garden surrounding the property and small vineyard next door, give the property a tranquil, rural feel.

The rooms at the front of the house open to a wisteria-covered veranda with a dining area and wonderful views of the sea. From here, there is a small lawn, and steps down to a sun terrace with beautiful 11 x 5m swimming pool, with overflow effect. The garden is filled with flowers, shrubs, vines and olive trees.

The interiors are stylish, bright and spacious with terracotta floor tiles and tasteful furnishings. The layout of the accommodation with the main house and two separate studios just to the front of the house, allows for some independence. It is ideal for couples, or for families with teenage children, wanting easy access to both the town and the beach.
