The house is situated within 5 a minute drive of both Grimaud village and Port Grimaud.

Grimaud is a picture postcard medieval village, with a cluster of attractive houses surrounding the small simple church, and the ruined castle, perched on the hilltop above. It is worth visiting the castle, both for the pleasure of the plant clad buildings that hug the route and the wonderful views of the surrounding countryside. Saint Tropez and the beaches of Pampelonne are just a 15 minutes drive away.

Built in the traditional style of the region, with plastered walls and wooden shutters, which keep the house cool, the bastide is elegantly furnished in a contemporary style and its large living spaces make it ideal for family life or groups, who wish to entertain or simply t explore the area. The gardens are well kept with attractive lawns, palms, pines, pool and a boules court. The property has a large 12 x 6m alarmed swimming pool.

The house has been decorated in a contemporary style throughout, with stone tiled floors and neutral cream and white walls, it is spacious with light filtering throughout the house. There is a large 70sqm salon and a spacious and well equipped kitchen. At the side of the house, accessed from the kitchen, there is a covered terrace ideal for al fresco dining. The house has 300 sq metres of living space and is very well-equipped, with wi-fi connection, satellite TV, ice machine, alarm, safe and large parking area.
