The nearest beaches are found within 3 miles at Cagnes sur Mer or Villeneuve Loubet. Nice, with its buzzing markets, night life and airport is conveniently located at 6 miles from this charming French Riviera villa.

Ground Floor

The ground floor offers a living and dining room with a flat screen TV, stereo and DVD player. There is a fireplace with two French doors that open to an outside covered terrace. The ground floor also offers a guest bathroom. The Kitchen is an open plan separated from dining area by breakfast bar.
