This recently built villa is located in a really lovely and peaceful area tucked away on the hillside of Grimaud village. It is only a short drive away from the beaches and village of St-Tropez.

The spacious living room opens onto a covered terrace with outside sitting area, overlooking the garden and the pool. The kitchen area terrace has a nice pergola meaning one can enjoy dining in the shade facing the same relaxing view. The villa has all modern amenities including satellite TV, ADSL access, fax machine. The three bedrooms are bright and nicely decorated, all with en-suite facilities.

This is an ideal villa for a family or a small group of friends looking for a relaxing environment in the South of France.
