Villa De L'Epi Cote D'Azur

This luxurious, newly built, modern villa is situated just 10 minutes walk from the beach at Epi plage, home to the famous Nikki beach club and the excellent Les Jumeaux restaurant.

The interior of the house is light and spacious, quite minimalist in style, with cream tiled floors, high ceilings and white walls adorned with large modern paintings. The very large living room has a sitting end with 8-seater white sofa and four big armchairs, a fireplace, huge plasma screen TV and a CD player. At the other end is a dining area, opening to a well-equipped kitchen. There is a studio bedroom at ground floor level, opening to the front terrace and a further six bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms, on the first floor. All the beds can be made up as large double or twin beds. The house is fully air conditioned.

Doors open right along the front of the villa to a covered terrace with dining and seating areas, and a barbecue. Beyond this is a small lawn and a pathway leading to the swimming pool area. The huge pool is 11 x 11m, and the surrounding sun deck is furnished with comfortable, good quality sun loungers.

Sun loungers are available for hire here, and facilities for watersports. The property is quite private, hidden amongst the bamboo, pine trees and vineyards which characterize this part of the coast.

Ground Floor

Entrance hall with two sets of stairs leading to the first floor. Very spacious living/dining room and well equipped kitchen. Separate bedroom with en-suite bathroom, accessed from front terrace.

First Floor

6 double/twin bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedrooms at either end, have bathrooms with bath and shower, and the other four bedrooms have showers only. All have large rectangular double basins and separate WCs. The bedrooms all have doors enabling them to be linked to another bedroom if required, and all have separate keys so can be kept locked.
