Villa Des Arts Cote D'Azur

Villa des Arts was originally a boutique hotel, which has been painstakingly and lovingly restored by the current owner.

The interiors have been re-designed to create light, spacious and welcoming rooms. The striking property is perched in a prime position on a hillside with views of both the sea and the mountains. It is located just 5 minutes drive from the historic town of Vence, made famous by artists, such as Dufy, Chagall and Matisse. The house itself, has a stunning collection of black and white photographs.

The 375 sq m house is set in a very well maintained attractive garden with, orchard, vines and olive trees, which surround the 8 x 4m step, alarmed swimming pool. There are large paved terraces and three patios for outside dining for up to 12 people, all of which provide complete privacy.

The property is fully alarmed and is fitted with satellite TV on all the floors, there is an integrated telephone and wi-fi and both an internal & external hi-fi system, the house has air-conditioning throughout.

Ground floor:

Living room with old stone fireplace and sea views. Morning room with large lattice windows facing the sea. Home cinema room with seating for up to 15, with state of the art stereo, fixed screen/projector and extensive DVD library. Double [140cm bed] bedroom with en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. Guest WC.

Garden floor:

Large dining room facing the sea and leading on to outdoor terrace. Large rustic, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room. The Den bar with integrated music system and flat screen TV. Study for workaholics. Guest WC.

First floor:

Two double [with 180cm and 160cm beds] bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms, walk-in showers and WCs.

Second floor:

A duplex suite, linked by spiral staircase, comprising a large double attic [160cm bed] bedroom, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, WC and small sitting room.
