The house is ideally situated on the famous Cap d’Antibes, only 100m from the Grand Hotel du Cap and a short walk from the beach and the entertaining town of Juan les Pins.

This modern, well-equipped villa has been entirely redecorated by an interior designer using the most elegant furniture and highest quality fittings. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a personalised ambiance and color scheme, creating a cozy and warm atmosphere. The living room has large bay windows, which overlook the pool area and the Mediterranean Sea beyond, and has been reorganized with a large TV area and dedicated office area with access to the garden. The spacious master bedroom is a particular delight with its own stone balustrade terrace and wonderful sea views.

The pool area, which is tiled and partially shaded, includes a dining area with gas barbecue, and a good sunbathing area for guests to relax and to enjoy the views. A few steps lead down to a small lawn where younger guests can safely play and enjoy table tennis and a mini-football table! There is also a games room with billiards table and sofa, situated in the basement.
