The villa is located on a hilltop with an outstanding view of the sea, as it has a perfect interior with marble or wooden floors, a huge terrace, and a landscaped garden for 8 people.

This villa is situated on the Giens’ Peninsula between Marseilles and St Tropez. The villa is located on a hilltop with an outstanding view of the islands of Porquerolles, Ribaud, Port Cros et la baie d'Hyeres. The Harbor of Hyeres is within 5 km and offers the possibility to rent a boat for the day. Access to the sea is within a 10 min-walk on a private sandy beach. Hyere airport is within a 10 min-drive. There are 6 flights a day from London to Bruxelles, Paris.

This house was designed by a famous architect and has a living surface of 250 m2 on a treed fenced land of 1900 m2. There is a garden planted with olive trees, palm trees, pine trees and grass. When you arrive by car there is access through a large automatic gate and drive up the lane to the parking area facing the ground floor. There are 2 story single bedrooms in this area. If we walk down 6 steps, we can find the 3rd bedroom and its office. If on the contrary you walk up 6 steps from the ground floor, you reach the 4th bedroom. Then walk up 12 other steps to the living room, a kitchen, a round terrace of 140 m2 with a view. There is a large living room of 70 m2 with attached terrace, a satellite TV, a DVD player, video games, hifi, sofas, a fireplace and a dining room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a central working space that has 4 halogen hot plates, an electric French fryer, a TV, a US fridge, a microwave, a dish washer, and a washing machine and dryer.

There are 4 Air-conditioned bedrooms, all with queen size bed, 4 bathrooms and one has a tub. 2 of the bedrooms have a private terrace. Bathrooms are made up of white marble with mahogany double sinks and Parquet on the floor (exotic wood). There are electric shutters and each room has a view onto the sea. There are views of the islands of Porquerolles, Port Cros and Le levant.

Beach Details

  • The Beach of "Almanarre" is the best place in Europe for wind surfing and kite surfing. There is a small harbor within 500 meters from the house, with a beach for children.
