It is situated in a tranquil, leafy area of Cap d'Antibes, just a few minutes’ walk to the sea and the famous La Garoupe beach with its restaurants and water sports.
Access is gained through electronic gates where one will find a parking area, mature gardens, a large pool, a boules court and a number of barbecue and outside dining facilities.
The house itself benefits from air conditioning during the summer months and heating during the winter, making it perfect for all year round rentals. It has been very tastefully furnished and decorated with each bedroom having its own distinctive, luxurious feel about it. It is very comfortable for indoor and outdoor living and has everything one would need to feel at home.
The location is perfect for the more active as the area has excellent walks to the famous Cap and Lighthouse; there is also the possibility to use a Fairline Targa 47 which is berthed close by in Port Gallice and a Princess V65 which is berthed in Cannes. These brand new prestige motor yachts are available to clients during their stay for day charter or cruising at very special rates.
