Villa La Vigne Cote D'Azur

This beautiful, contemporary style villa is located in the hills between the picturesque village of Gassin and the larger center of La Croix Valmer, with all facilities.

The lovely beaches of Gigaro are within a 5 to 10 minute drive. It is a particularly quiet and private position at the end of a road, and with views over the surrounding countryside.

The accommodation is on two floors with the rooms at both levels opening to terraces from where the views can be enjoyed. Within the large attractive garden there is a 11 x 5m infinity swimming pool and Jacuzzi.

The rooms are very light and spacious, with wooden floors and large windows, and furnished to a high standard, predominantly in cream and white. On the first floor, the two sections of the house are separated by an open mezzanine area with office space. All the bedrooms have double queen-size beds. Further amenities include satellite TV and internet access.

Ground Floor:

Fully equipped modern kitchen. Utility room. Dining room and living room, with large glass doors opening onto the terrace, garden and pool. Double bedroom. Bathroom.

First Floor:

Mezzanine area with office space. To the left of this there are 2 double bedrooms, opening onto a terrace. Bathroom. On the right, the Master bedroom, with en-suite bathroom, also opens onto a terrace.
