This luxurious modern villa, with distant sea views, has 350 sq m of living space and is set in the most spectacular landscaped terraced garden of some 6,500 sq m.

It is located in an exclusive, private domaine, on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Mougins, just 10 minutes drive from Cannes and 20 minutes from Nice.

The main property, built in a Le Corbusier style is set high on the hillside, with pathway access to the pretty 15m heated overflow pool, pool terrace and fully furnished pool house with spa, sauna, shower, WC, bar, and kitchen. It overlooks the lovingly tended terraced garden with its multitude of mature palm trees, flowering shrubs and plants. The garden boasts an impressive sound system with speakers cleverly camouflaged as rocks and a fibre optic lighting system which attractively light up the many pathways, the buildings, the pool area and the driveway to the house.

The house is very strikingly decorated and furnished in a vibrant Scandinavian style and is fully equipped throughout to a very high standard. It can be used for conferences, meetings and receptions.

Features include; air-conditioning throughout, internet access, flat screen TVs in all the bedrooms, living rooms & some bathrooms and a 24‐hour alarm system with cameras in all the living‐areas.

The building is built on two floors and features; a large main living room with access to the main terrace and pool, two smaller adjoining living rooms, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen with every appliance available to man, a guest WC, laundry room, kitchen terrace for dining, an ornamental fish pond with very large, hungry Koi carp, three Master double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, two twin bedrooms which share one bathroom and finally an independent studio apartment with living room, double bedroom, en-suite bathroom and kitchen.
