This beautifully restored and refurbished Villefranche villa commands stunning views over the Mediterranean and St Jean Cap Ferrat.

A 4-minute walk from this Villefranche villa brings you to the small port of Villefranche-sur-Mer, which has good restaurants, shops and an antiques market each Sunday. The local train station connects you to the entire coastline from Monaco to Marseille.

One of the many attractions of this Villefranche villa is its proximity to the centre of Villefranche, the coastal train and dramatic coastal road, so although set in a quiet residential area, it is not the place to escape to if you need a peaceful countryside setting, but rather the place to embrace vibrant Riviera living -' joie de vivre' as the locals say!

  • Double bedroom (1.80m), French door to terrace.
  • Separate bathroom, WC.

Second floor:

  • Double bedroom (1.60m), (TV), French door to private terrace, ensuite shower room, WC.
  • Twin bedroom (2 x 0.90m), French door to covered terrace with table & chair, steps to highest area of garden.
  • Separate shower room, WC.

Grounds:
Enclosed grounds with gated entrance (intercom operated). The terraces on all three floors give access to small areas of garden, but the main outdoor living spaces are the terraces themselves. Ground floor level, enclosed, salt water plunge pool (1.5m deep) with shower, sun loungers, outdoor dining table seating 8, barbecue. Garage for 1 car. Free on-street parking.
