Built in 1890, this beautiful property commands one of the most stunning positions along the Cote d'Azur, sitting at the head of the Bay of Villefranche with uninterrupted views over the ocean. It has been completely refurbished to the highest standard of modern comfort and convenience. This three storey villa sits within a garden, with wonderful views from every level, including a rooftop terrace - the perfect place to relax and admire the yachts and cruise ships as they sail into the bay.

A 4-minute walk brings you to the small port which has good restaurants, shops and an antiques market each Sunday. One of the main attractions of this wonderful villa is its proximity to the center of Villefranche, the coastal train and dramatic coastal road. This is not the place to escape if you anticipate and need peaceful countryside, but rather the place to embrace the essence of vibrant Riviera living "joie de vivre" as the locals say!

This villa is part air-conditioned with a stunning position at the head of the Bay of Villefranche.

Living room, air-conditioning, French bay doors onto dining terrace overlooking pool and sea, open fireplace, marble floor (TV, Video, CD). Dining room , French doors to dining terrace, sea view, doors opening into well-equipped kitchen , doors to atrium with dining terrace which can be used for entertaining (up to 40 guests), 2 barbecues.

First floor:

All bedrooms are air-conditioned
Double bedroom (1.80m), dressing room, French doors onto terrace, ensuite shower room , WC.
Twin bedroom (0.90m), dressing area, French doors to terrace, ensuite bathroom , WC.

Second floor:

All bedrooms are air-conditioned.
Double bedroom (1.80m), dressing area, French doors to private terrace, ensuite shower room , WC.
Twin bedroom (0.90m), dressing room, French doors to private terrace, ensuite shower room , WC (this shower room can also be accessed directly from the hallway).
All bedrooms in the main house have air-conditioning and wonderful sea views.

Third floor:

The third floor offers a beautiful roof terrace.

2 Independent Guest Houses

First: living room, double bedroom (1.40m), shower room , WC.
Second: living room with kitchen/dining, 2 French doors to rear garden, double bedroom (1.80m), shower room , WC, air-conditioning.

Grounds: gardens are laid out on two levels with teak decking surrounding the pool on the lower level, and lawn on the upper level from which steps lead up to the dining terrace. Behind the house is a further terrace with children' s swings and slide. Garage parking for one car only. No other parking. Alarm.
