Situated in a quiet private domain, this attractive, modern villa enjoys a superb location from its hillside position in La Croix Valmer, surrounded by wonderful views over the countryside to the sea and the Iles d’Or.

The house has an open veranda leading to a barbecue area, with incredible seaviews on one side, and impressive views of the hilly background on the other side. Interiors are spacious and light, simply but comfortably decorated with white tiled flooring, and several large windows picturing beautiful views of the surroundings.

The spacious living room with its fireplace has large wall glass doors opening to a covered terrace with large pillars, leading to an attractive semi-circular quarter shape pool with overflow effect, surrounded by flowers, and a lawned garden with beautiful palm trees and shrubs.

From the main entrance, stairs lead up to the master bedroom with its en-suite bathroom and cloakroom. Its French windows open to a charming balcony overlooking the garden and sea views.

This property is perfect for a party of friends or family with children, as it is only a 5 minute drive to the pretty sandy beach at Gigaro, and twenty minutes away from St-Tropez.
