This beautifully refurbished traditional 17th century Perigourdian house enjoys a most beautiful position on the banks of the river Dordogne, with 200 metres of wooded river-front overlooking the Siorac bridge.

Before the bridge was built, this historic property served as the toll-post for the ferry crossing the river. Refurbishment has been done to a high standard, providing modern comforts whilst retaining its original character and charm. Le Noyer is set in 5 acres of grounds on the outskirts of Siorac, which offers a selection of shops, restaurants and bars. To the front of the property runs a quaint single track railway. Four trains per day chug along this line adding a touch of authentic French charm which will delight children and adults alike. Fishing enthusiasts can purchase a license from the village ' bar-tabac'. Other activities on offer in the area are cycling & mountain biking, golf, horse-riding, tennis, canoeing & kayaking, hot-air ballooning, ultra light airplanes, rock climbing and bird-watching.
