Villa Alta is well situated in a mature residential area just 7 minutes walk from the centre of the village of La Croix Valmer, which offers a small selection of shops and restaurants. The local beach is 2km away, while Pampelonne bay, which is a 20 minute drive, offers 4km of golden sands fringed with chic bars and cafes, including the renowned Club 55.
