A superb 7 bedroom villa in the hills of St Tropez in the Quessine area with panoramic sea views.

This lovely property has a very private and tranquil location yet is only 7 minutes from Pampelonne and Le Club 55. The interior has been decorated with a traditional seaside theme and is reminiscent of the Hamptons or Cape Cod with bleached wood and whitewashed wood furniture, sailing paraphernalia and blue and white themed décor. The terrace furniture continues the theme, much of which is the same make as used by the famous Club 55. There are grounds of 1 hectare with spacious lawns and towering trees, the 14 x 7 metre heated swimming pool is set in large sun terraces and benefits from the fabulous view and of course a cooling sea breeze. Here you will find the summer kitchen/bar and another covered dining and seating area. There is a gate which leads to a private access road to the sea for swimming or mooring a boat.

The property is constructed in a horse shoe shape allowing all rooms to benefit from the view and a covered terrace runs the length of the property and is furnished with comfortable sofas, various seating options and at one end the spacious outside dining area with barbeque. There is large separate building containing a magnificent beamed double height ceiling living area with bleached wood embossed panel walls, a feature fireplace and large glass door hung with white muslin drapes. These doors can slide right back to give this an indoor / outdoor feel and lit at night with candles, with the billowing curtains, makes a very special place to relax.

The main building has another living area and formal dining room together with a superb fully fitted kitchen / breakfast room. On this level there are 5 bedrooms, the master with dressing room and en-suite bathroom and four guest bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms, these bedrooms continue the seaside theme with blue paintwork, whitewashed walls and blue tiled bathrooms. The remaining four bedrooms are located on the lower level.

Two staff bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are reached via a spiral staircase and there are two which form a family suite which have independent access from the garden .The family suite consists of a superb master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace and a children’s room with bunk beds, both have private bathrooms and interconnect. The property has satellite television, air-conditioning in all bedrooms and internet access. An exquisite and spacious villa ideal for a large group of family or friends.
