This superb 5/6 bedroom villa is located to the north of St Tropez town just a 10 minutes walk from Place des Lices.

This is a superb location; you are just a 5 minute drive from Canoubiers beach and 10 minutes from Pampelonne and the famous beach clubs including Voile Rouge, Nikki Beach and Le Club 55. The villa is on a very secure gated estate and set in 1 hectare of private fully enclosed gardens with video surveillance.

The gardens are beautifully cared for with a distinctly tropical feel and encompass manicured lawns, exotic palms trees, huge lemon trees and colourful Mediterranean plants. There is a heated 12 x 6 metre pool with underwater music system surrounded by sun terraces, a variety of teak sun beds and two curtained Balinese day beds ideal for that shady afternoon nap.

The villa is light; bright fully air conditioned is very spacious and decorated with a palette of Mediterranean colours and modern art. On the ground floor there is a television room with plasma screen television, a vast living/dining room with feature fireplace and French doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the gardens and a fully fitted kitchen/ breakfast room with gas range, electric hob and oven and American style fridge.

At this level you will also find a study which can be utilised as bedroom 6, a single for overnight guests or a child. In addition there are two bedrooms at this level, the master with king size four poster bed, en-suite bathroom and private balcony and a smaller double with four poster bed and en- suite shower room. On the lower floor are three further bedrooms, two double with en-suite bathroom and private terraces and a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private terrace. At this level you also have the fully equipped laundry room.
