Villa Pampelonne France
Located on a private road behind Club 55 on Pampelonne beach this lovely villa is a just a two minute walk from the beach and the restaurant.
The road is gated with no through traffic making the setting very peaceful and child friendly. The villa has large private gardens with shrubs and a lawned area, a boule pitch and a 16 metre lap pool which is surrounded by sun terraces furnished with quality sun beds.
The interiors are spacious, light and airy and the entire property is air conditioned. Decorated in pastel colours with a distinctly beach feel the villa is comfortable and furnished in a contemporary style. There is a modern fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and an L shaped open plan living area with formal dining and several comfortable sofas are grouped around the feature fireplace and flat screen television with DVD player.
The dining area has door leading out to a rear covered patio where there are more comfortable sofas and an outside dining area with barbeque.
The bedrooms are located in two distinct wings of the house. Up a few steps from the living area there is a twin and double bedroom each opening onto a shady balcony, these share a shower room with walk in wet room style shower with grey slate and rain head shower. Up a few more steps to the first floor and here you will find the master with en- suite bathroom with large tiled tub and overhead shower and a further double bedroom with en-suite walk in shower room.
From the living area steps lead down to a separate wing. Here are two twin bedrooms each with an en-suite shower room and each opening onto the pergola covered raised front terrace. A beautiful villa in a superb location.
