Situated in a gated, private Domain with superb views of the Esterel hills and stretching as far as the sea this pretty villa built on 3 levels has 4 bedrooms in the main house and 2 separate bedrooms - ideal for staff or teenagers all of which have air conditioning.
With nice terraces and an irregular shaped 5 x 12 metre swimming pool and heated Jacuzzi this is a great location for a peaceful holiday or for exploring the Alpes Côte d’Azur/Provence region.
Electric gates lead to the main entrance which is on the lower level of the house. Here is a spacious sitting area and television room with DVD player together with an adjacent laundry room and guest bathroom. There is also a twin/double bedroom with plenty of cupboard space and an en suite bathroom with shower.
A spiral staircase leads to the upper floor where you will find the main living areas and one bedroom. To one side there is an open- plan, modern fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and breakfast table. Sliding doors open onto a covered terrace, great for outside dining, and small lawned garden area. The sitting room with baby grand piano and open fireplace is adjacent to the dining/living room which has bay windows opening onto the swimming pool terrace. The living room is furnished with cream sofas and armchairs and has a wall mounted satellite television with DVD and CD player. In the dining area is a long, wooden table to seat 12 guests. There is a double bedroom on this level with terrace and an en suite bathroom with bath tub and separate shower and dressing area.
The top floor has two bedrooms; a small double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower and doors leading to a lovely sun terrace furnished with sofas and sun loungers. There is also a bar with fridge and access via steps to the garden below. The master bedroom is a spacious room with dressing area, flat screen television and DVD player and an en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath and separate shower. Doors open onto a small terrace.
The two separate bedrooms each with independent entrance which are ideal for staff or teenagers are both doubles with en suite bathroom with shower and each have an independent entrance.
The terraced swimming pool area has been nicely designed to enjoy all aspects of outside living and includes a heated Jacuzzi and outside shower. There is also a well equipped, covered summer kitchen area with Webber barbeque and table for outside dining.
The villa also features a table tennis table, a small pool table and some gym equipment together with communal tennis courts within the Domaine.
