Roquefort Les Pins - K015 France

Located in the heart of Roquefort at the top of the hill, this villa provides peace and beauty with dramatic views of the country and the sea. Recently restored, it’s elegantly furnished in a traditional and very comfortable style, with numerous statues and pieces of art.

Downstairs is a large open plan living/dining room, a kitchen fully-equipped for big families and a lovely breakfast room. The bedrooms are all decorated in their own individual style and the two downstairs bedrooms have French windows opening onto a small walled garden. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a large south facing sun terrace. There is also a very nice, recently built guest apartment in a self-contained annex which is joined to the house via a small upstairs terrace.

On both the south and west side of the house are lovely open and shaded terraces featuring an outside bar and summer sitting room. In front of the kitchen is a delightful Pergola that gives shade to the wide wooden tables and chairs for enjoying long summer lunches. The pool is large and deep and has a California style seat running along one side of it. There is also an outdoor Jacuzzi and a covered outdoor game room. This wonderful property is perfect for all ages!

Ground Floor:
Spacious open plan living/dining room, including two sitting areas with a large fireplace, satellite TV with video, DVD player, music system and a piano. This floor also features a breakfast room including a pizza oven. Two French doors leading out to a spacious covered dining terrace which leads to a fully equipped kitchen and separate utility room.
The bedroom accommodations on this level include a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, double bedroom with en-suite shower room, two interconnected bedrooms (doors may be locked), and an independent function room (available June to September) available for music events, films, and gatherings.

First Floor:
This floor features a double bedroom with garden and pool views, double bedroom with small kitchen area and en-suite bathroom, 2 double bedrooms with low sloping ceiling and separate shower room, a double bedroom with en-suite shower room and a master double bedroom equipped with TV and DVD player. The master bedroom leads onto a large terrace with sea views and features an en-suite bathroom. The first floor also has an independent Studio access via an open walkway from first floor landing.
