This beautiful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home features a state of the art home theater, an outside cabana with complete sound system in which many guest enjoy listening to the sound of the waves lull them to sleep at night and a full library with relaxing massage chair.

The home has a superb oceanfront location, just a few steps from the back yard to the ocean. The home features air-conditioning and high speed Internet throughout. The kitchen features granite counter tops and Wolf appliances.

The "Blue Wave" has many special touches that are unique. The great room features a beautiful sculpted bar area for entertaining as well as a 62" flat screen TV. The sliding doors fold back opening to the spacious lanai with private pool and spa. The lanai also features speakers surrounding the pool, tiki torches and a gas barbecue.

Guests will love the special "themes" of each bedroom. The "Master suite" has a king bed with full controls for each side of the bed. A hidden 50" flat screen TV drops from the ceiling with a touch of a button. There is also a private hot tub in the master bedroom. The huge master bath boasts a grand tub and a separate shower. The shower also has a private sauna. For guests that enjoy nature there is also an outside shower off the Master suite in which you can view the ocean in privacy while showering.

The 2nd bedroom or the "Modern Room" has a queen bed, 50" flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The 3rd bedroom is the "Nippon Room" done in a Japanese style. It also has a queen bed and a private bath. There is no TV in the Nippon room. The 4th bedroom, the "Island Room," has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bathroom.

The garage area has a fitness area with weights, the most advanced home fitness machine made called ROM (range of motion) in which an intense 4 minute workout is equivalent to 45 minutes of Cardio, 40 minutes of weight training and 20 minutes of stretching, yoga mats and there is a basketball court for guest enjoyment.
