Waiulu Villas at the beautiful Hualalai Resort are two bedroom, two-bath units.

467 square feet of lanai area provide the perfect place to barbeque and enjoy views of the fairway of the exclusive Ke'olu members' golf course with the ocean beyond. Inside enjoy beautiful island decor in the living, dining and custom kitchen area. The bedding configuration is as follows: King Bed in the Master Bedroom and Queen Bed in the Guest Bedroom. This villa is about a 3-4 minute golf cart ride away from the resort and comes with the use of 1 golf cart. The villa includes access to an exclusive residential pool nearby.

Resort Guest Fee: All rental guests are subject to a daily resort fee of $45 per person per day payable upon check out which provides the following privileges:

  • Use of the Hualalai Club Concierge
  • Use of the Four Seasons beach and pool services
  • Hualalai Residential Concierge Service.
  • Access to the Hualalai Club course (Jack Nicklaus Signature Course) at preferred rates
  • Resort Guest Fees do not apply to children under 14.

  • In-Home Catering Menus Provided by the Four Seasons - 72 hour notice required.
