Designed by Prince Kasimir Korybut in 1993 and brilliantly renovated in 2012, Almond Hill is a lovely private home located on a former 500-acre coconut plantation just 22 minutes west of Montego Bay and one minute from posh Round Hill where guests enjoy complimentary resort membership.
A stunning renovation has created all-new design of picture-perfect bedrooms and modern en-suite bathrooms. Tall library shelves in the high-ceilinged living room house an abundance of books, movies, cable television and 6-speaker sound system. Notable are two new outdoor showers, one off the master bedroom, another by the pool.
Down a gentle slope a few steps from the house is the large private pool. Its poolside gazebo is a favorite spot for shaded lunches and private laptop time.
Perhaps best of all is Almond Hill's design around the comfy verandah ~ cooled by trade winds and located for its superb view nine miles across the sea to the harbor and town of Montego Bay. A haven for reading and napping, afternoon tea and conversation, the verandah is most memorable for wonderful candlelight dinners served here with the romance of distant lights of town and cruise ships reflecting on the bay.
While extraordinarily private behind its iron entrance gates and not actually within Round Hill proper, Almond Hill is situated in the Round Hill Estate, a one-minute drive from the Round Hill gate house. hotel, beach club and excellent Continental restaurant. Each week, two themed beach party buffets welcome Almond Hill guests for various fees.
If you left your pets behind while you take a vacation, be advised that Almond Hill is home to some lovable family dogs who are granted free run of the house and grounds. Dervy, Button and Survivor are totally friendly and fun. Cocoa is more of a sleeper. They all love guests!

Out of Many, One People
Jamaica is a great destination for everyone and every occasion. While many venture to Jamaica to tan and relax on the breathtaking beaches, there is also a plethora of activities to keep travelers busy.
Avid snorkelers and scuba divers will enjoy the beautiful coral reefs and exotic marine life. Coffee lovers will take pleasure in the delicious home-grown coffee from the famous Jamaican Blue Mountains, which are also ideal for hiking and horseback riding. Sightseers will want to climb the world-famous 600-foot-high Dunn's River Falls, and bird-lovers will enjoy the Rocklands Feeding Station, home to Jamaica’s 27 native species. Those who want to see beautiful sunsets should partake in the Jamaican tradition and head over to the famous Rick’s Cafe in Negril, where visitors will not only see magnificent sunset views, but also watch brave cliff-jumpers dive into the crystal-clear water.
A villa vacation in Jamaica is also unique in that many of our villas come with a full staff (chef, butler, housekeeper and laundress) included. The friendly staff will treat you with their “No problem, mon” service, where everything you desire is at your beck and call.
