Anticipation Jamaica

Anticipation combines Caribbean architecture with European style décor privately nestled at the top of the hill on Copper Ridge. Arguably, one of the best positioned locations at the Tryall Club, which boasts an uninterrupted 180 degree panoramic view of the Caribbean Ocean.

Anticipation is one of Tryall Club's newest villas with one of the most spectacular views - sitting high and directly over the famous Tryall golf course and the Caribbean Sea.

This is rated a premier class - the highest rating in the Tryall Club. Anticipation features 6 contemporary style bedrooms, each having spectacular ocean views and walk out balconies and 180 degree golf and ocean views.

All bedrooms have safes, air conditioning, and all bathrooms have modern double sink vanities. Entertainment system throughout has iPod docks, sound system in the bedrooms and the walk out verandas, DVD player, CD player and satellite radio.

Bedroom 1: Master bedroom #1 - Kingsize bed, flat screen TV 37 inch, ensuite bathroom with double vanity basin. Walk out to verandah- ocean views.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity basin. Walk out to verandah - ocean views.

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity basin. Walk out to verandah - ocean views. This room can also be doubled as an office/study as it has a sitting rooms with a queen sofa.

Bedroom 4: Master bedroom #2: King bed, ensuite bathroom with double vanity basin. Walk out to verandah - ocean views.

Bedroom 5: 2 double beds, ensuite bathroom with double vanity basin. Aso has a sitting room with sofa bed. Walk out to verandah - ocean views.

Bedroom 6: 2 double beds or push together to make a California king, ensuite bathroom with double vanity basin. Walk out to verandah - ocean views.

  • TRYALL CLUB TEMPORARY MEMBERSHIP FEE: Tryall is a private club whose members may use most Club facilities at no charge with the exception of golf, food and beverage, and spa services. Complimentary amenities include the beach, water sports, tennis, the excellent gym, the Hummingbird Kids Club, Great House afternoon tea, the Manager's Cocktail Party and various special events.
  • The Tryall Club requires all villa and condo guests to become members during their stay via a Temporary Membership Fee of US$100 per week for each guest 18 or older, or US$20 per day per person for stays of less than 7 days.
  • Plan to pay your Temporary Membership Fee locally at the Front Desk in the Great House when you register. Credit cards are accepted. You will be given a temporary membership card to enable your access to all Club facilities.

Jamaica Villa Notes

  • Most Jamaican rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes.
  • A prepaid refundable security/damage deposit is required by most Jamaican Villas usually $500 - $1000 per stay. Please inquire with your Villa Specialist for exact amounts at time of booking.
