The La Casita architect and homeowner have succeeded in creating a remarkable two-bedroom villa in the stylish Spring Farm area of Rose Hall.

Overlooking the sea, this is a brand new small but luxurious villa ... with full staff and private pool.

The living room with 42" HDTV (both satellite and cable) is on the main level. This space opens to a balcony next to the pool and overlooking the sea. Across the pool terrace is the furnished verandah (virtually a second open-air living room) and modern kitchen. This verandah doubles as a poolside al fresco dining room that seats four or six guests. Ocean views from these spaces are lovely!

The Euro-style kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and halogen pendant lighting. One bedroom is on this main living level. The Master Bedroom is more privately located on the lower level. Its piece de resistance is the adjoining open-air shower and Spa Garden. Few guests wish to shower in the en-suite bathroom when the garden spa shower is just outside the door! The La Casita in-house Spa Garden is a delight.

The new world-class Ritz Carlton Hotel with superb shops and restaurants is just five minutes away. Colorful Montego Bay and the "hip strip" are just 15 minutes away. Half Moon ~ with private beach, tennis, fitness center, water sports, food and beverage, and dolphin lagoon ~ is just five minutes downhill from the villa.

  • Most Jamaican rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes.

Special • Complimentary Airport Transfer for all Jamaica Villas!

We are pleased to offer a complimentary round-trip airport transfer in a private van or a $200 credit towards a full-time van and driver on reservations for any of our Jamaica villas. We will cover the cost for one round-trip airport transfer in a private van for up to 7 guests. If you prefer to have a full-time van and driver during your stay (which we recommend), we are please to offer a $200 credit on your reservation of a 12, 16 or 25 seater van.

Please mention JAT0112 at time of booking. Valid on new reservations made between 02/08/12 and 03/15/12. 7 night minimum booking in high season and 5 night minimum booking in low season. Selection and prepayment of either complimentary transfer or discount on full-time driver must be made at time of booking. Upgrades and additional vans are available at an additional cost. Clients are responsible for car seat rentals and extra costs for luggage transportation if required. Gratuities on airport transfers should be paid by clients directly to the driver. Clients are responsible for a pre-paid 15% gratuity added to full-time van & driver service. For airport transfers of parties of 8 or more, clients are responsible for rental of a second van to transport luggage. This also applies to full-time van and driver reservations.
