This magnificent villa is situated on Jamaica's south coast near a fishing village of Whitehouse, that will take you on a vacation experience to the old Jamaica that has won the hearts of many.

This location is ideal for those seeking to get away from the hustle and bustle of our fast-paced life, and allow you to get lost in the tranquil ambiance, and rejuvenated by the nature and breathtaking scenery that surrounds you. Live the Plantation lifestyle of 75 years ago, with all of the modern conveniences of today.

You have a butler that will attend to your needs throughout your stay. "Spragga" the gardener can pick you an abundance of fresh fruit from the gardens, and the cook will prepare your meals to your specifications every day. Your housekeeper will ensure that your accommodations are clean and comfortable for you throughout your stay.

Guests at Lime Acre Villa are invited to enjoy one evening, inclusive of dinner and show, at the Sandals Negril Beach Resort (adult couples only), or Beaches Negril (if there are children).

Bedroom Details

  • The villa has been preserved with the original mahogany wood antique furnishings that will make you feel right at home. The expansive property has five bedrooms, each with their own bath. There are three bedrooms in the main house and two bedrooms in the guest cottage consisting of the following:
  • Main House:
  • Master Bedroom - King 4 poster, with full ensuite bathroom
  • 2nd Bedroom - King 4 poster, with full ensuite bathroom
  • 3rd Bedroom - Two Double (full) beds, with full bathroom across the hall
  • Guest Cottage
  • Master Bedroom - King 4 poster 2nd Bedroom - Two Twin 4 poster One Full Bathroom for the cottage.

Additional Villa Notes

  • Holiday bookings must be paid in full within 120 days of arrival or at the time of booking if within 120 days to confirm reservation. Holiday Weeks include: Easter Independence 7/2/2012 – 7/9/2012, Labor Day 9/2/2012 – 9/9/2012, Thanksgiving 11/19/2012 – 11/26/2012, Christmas & New Years 12/19/2012 – 1/7/2013

Jamaica Villa Notes

  • Most Jamaican rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes.
  • A prepaid refundable security/damage deposit is required by most Jamaican Villas usually $500 - $1000 per stay. Please inquire with your Villa Specialist for exact amounts at time of booking.
