Sugar Hill Villas, which consist of 7 bedrooms are situated on a gorgeous three-acre property atop Barnes Hill at the magnificent Tryall Club in Sandy Bay, Jamaica. There is a spacious four-bedroom villa and three-bedroom guesthouse. Every room boasts spectacular views of the glittering Caribbean Sea, curvaceous northwest coastline, or Jamaican hills. Its manicured gardens are a showcase for the island’s most luscious and exotic tropical flowers and birds. The heated 42 x 22 foot aqua glass tiled pool and hot tub are just steps away from both houses.

The Main Villa has a large entrance gallery that leads to the high ceiling living room, Sugar Tower and bedrooms. The luxurious living room has comfortable couches, club chairs, ottomans and a game table. The expansive outdoor verandah that faces the sea is designed for relaxing with family and friends while enjoying the magnificent view, delightful weather and balmy breezes.

The Sugar Tower is the pivotal point of the villa. It is a hand-cut stone indoor/outdoor room with beautiful arched doorways. It is meant to look like the old sugar mill towers that were an essential part of the sugar cane plantations. It can be used for a private romantic dinner, snoozing in a hammock, yoga or exercise, a massage or even a wedding ceremony. The sundeck atop the Sugar Tower has mesmerizing panoramic views both day and night.

All of the bedrooms are air-conditioned and have private baths. There are two master bedroom suites and two guest bedrooms in the main villa. The master bedroom's have private verandahs and studies. One of them has an outdoor shower and garden. The bedrooms are elegantly furnished, each with a different traditional Jamaican hand-carved Mahogany bed. There is a recreation room complete with pool table, ping-pong table and foosball table. The guesthouse has a master bedroom suite, with a stunning bird's eye view of The Tryall Club, two guest bedrooms, a sitting room and media room. All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TVs, DVD players and ceiling fans.

Our talented cook prepares exceptional meals at Sugar Hill. You can dine alfresco on the outdoor verandah under a beautiful flower covered trellis, in the large dining room with hand-carved mahogany table and chairs or in the romantic Sugar Tower.

Our experienced staff also includes a butler, housekeepers, laundress and gardeners. They are delightful and genuinely happy to serve you with traditional Jamaican hospitality. They will help to make your stay at Sugar Hill unique and memorable.
