Beautifully landscaped with tropical plants on all sides greet you as you enter and drive up the quarter-mile driveway. Viviana’s spirit of intimacy and warmth is beautifully captured through the gardens trimmed with pink and yellow hibiscus to the furthest balconies seemingly embracing the distant Caribbean Sea.

Cozy cushions in intense hues of blue, orange and yellow complement a spacious living room fitted with soft furnishings in white. Romantic, candlelit areas of the living room add to the sense of being in a very special place, while an unobtrusive underwater motif adds character to the room.

The rest of the villa is a delight to discover and enjoy for all senses – truly an exquisite getaway. Viviana is a great family villa as it has 4 bedrooms near to one another on one level.

Tryall Club Membership

Tryall Club requires all guests 18 years old and older to join the club as temporary members. There is a charge of USD $100.00 per person, per week (or USD $20.00 per day for shorter stays) added to your account for your visit. Tryall will provide you with a membership card and hope you will use and enjoy all of the facilities of the club at your convenience. Tryall is a private club whose members may use all Club facilities and programs at no extra charge, with the exception of golf. You can pay the membership dues at the Great House Front Desk upon check-in. All major credit cards are accepted.

Jamaica Villa Notes

  • Most Jamaican rental villas come with a full staff, consisting of cook, maid, and laundress. A private cook will prepare breakfast, lunch, and dinner -- meals that you choose based on your own personal tastes.
  • A prepaid refundable security/damage deposit is required by most Jamaican Villas usually $500 - $1000 per stay. Please inquire with your Villa Specialist for exact amounts at time of booking.

Special • Complimentary Airport Transfer for all Jamaica Villas!

We are pleased to offer a complimentary round-trip airport transfer in a private van or a $200 credit towards a full-time van and driver on reservations for any of our Jamaica villas. We will cover the cost for one round-trip airport transfer in a private van for up to 7 guests. If you prefer to have a full-time van and driver during your stay (which we recommend), we are please to offer a $200 credit on your reservation of a 12, 16 or 25 seater van.

Please mention JAT0112 at time of booking. Valid on new reservations made between 02/08/12 and 03/15/12. 7 night minimum booking in high season and 5 night minimum booking in low season. Selection and prepayment of either complimentary transfer or discount on full-time driver must be made at time of booking. Upgrades and additional vans are available at an additional cost. Clients are responsible for car seat rentals and extra costs for luggage transportation if required. Gratuities on airport transfers should be paid by clients directly to the driver. Clients are responsible for a pre-paid 15% gratuity added to full-time van & driver service. For airport transfers of parties of 8 or more, clients are responsible for rental of a second van to transport luggage. This also applies to full-time van and driver reservations. Promotion subject to availability & change; may not be combinable with other offers.
