A family villa in South west France, Minervois sits in 12 acres of land, in the region known as the Black Mountains, on the edge of the hilltop village of Lespinassiere, with a forest backdrop.

The Languedoc area is rich in history with Roman and Cathar castles and Abbeys. Summer brings to life the medieval history with entertainment staged in the medieval walled town of Carcasonne. Vineyards abound, with their 'caves' for wine tasting. This family villa in South west France is always popular, early booking is recommended.

• Terrace (this becomes first floor level at rear of house) with table seating 10 (additional tables can be used here for 12 to dine outdoors), steps to garden and lower ground floor.

First floor:
