A sophisticated property, superbly situated, Villa Bea is a perfect venue for family reunions in the chic resort of Portofino. From the terrace and the villa you can enjoy breathtaking views of the Portofino Bay and the Sestri Levante coast. The villa is reached by stairs through a terraced typical Ligurian garden. Boat rentals at the harbour can be arranged. Paraggi Beach is a 15 minute walk from Villa Bea.

The interior décor is elegant and comfortable, featuring a boiserie room with a large sofa perfect to watch the 50'' plasma TV. Formal and spacious living room with fireplace and stereo system. Elegant dining room and fully- equipped kitchen. In front of the villa lies a 6,000 sq. m. lawn featuring a furnished sun deck, a pergola garden for dining al fresco and several other outdoor areas perfect for whisking away the day. There is also an outdoor wood burning oven at the guests' disposal.

First Floor: 2 king bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, each with en-suite bathrooms. Three bedrooms feature plasma TVs.

Annex: 1 simpler twin room with private bathroom with shower is available in the garden annex, close to the plunge pool. This room is ideal for children or young adults.
