The property we very proudly present on this page is situated in a unique position overlooking the village, the harbour and the surrounding mountains. At the same time, it is only 62 steps and 100 meters from the village, so it is well located for guests wishing to enjoy both the daytime activities and the nightlife of Portofino. Villa L’Ulivo was restored around an olive tree and furnished to a very high standard by a very famous Italian architect. It is one of the few properties available for rent in Portofino, and until now only the owners have used it as a vacation home.

A particular feature of this property is the possibility it offers to enjoy the stunning views from many private corners and terraces, several of which are furnished with outdoor seating. Even from the interior of the villa, through the many windows that provide natural lighting to the rooms, it is possible to view the breathtaking panorama. The housekeeper is also a wonderful cook, and she is available to prepare delicious meals for the guests.
