Set on a street corner above Bellagio’s spacious public park, Casa Augusta is perfect for any small family.

The house is generously adorned with windows and from the dining/living room area and two of three bedrooms one can take in a breathtaking panoramic view of the mountains, the lake, and the park. At night, in the distance directly ahead, you can see the glowing lights from the city of Cadenabbia. Located on the very outskirts of the Historical Center of Bellagio, you are just a 2 minute walk away from all the shops, restaurants and bars that the center of Bellagio has to offer.

Buses to Como and Lecco, the closest towns with train stations, stop 600 yards away. The ferry landing, with transport for both passengers and cars, is within 600 yards. Ferries run until early evening and can reach other lakeside towns such as Varenna in 15 minutes; Menaggio: 20; Lecco with excellent shops and museums: 25 and Como: 45. By car, San Primo Mountain is 30 minutes away; Lugano: 40 and Milan: 90.

Casa Augusta is a bright, cozy property in a great location. Outside on the patio area you can enjoy a meal with your loved ones while taking in the property’s beautiful garden area and the city’s breathtaking views from behind the privacy gate. A walk up 9 stairs will lead you into the house and to the living room area, where beautiful paintings are hang on every wall. Enjoy a open floor plan in the living and dining rooms, the perfect space for families to come together to watch television or relax by reading a book on the comfortable sofa with ottoman after a long day of touring, shopping and sight seeing! Cooking is made easy in the quaint kitchen, complete with refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stove and oven. There is also a counter and stool from which to enjoy a light breakfast or mid-morning cappuccino.

Down the hall to the bedrooms, which can be closed off from the living room by a door, you will find the 3 sleeping quarters and the beautifully renovated bathroom. The bathroom, completely tiled in white and a tranquil light blue, contains a sink, large lighted, mirrored medicine cabinet WC, bidet, heated towel rack, and a beautiful shower with bathtub. The first bedroom, with an incredible view of the lake and the mountains in the distance, contains a singular twin bed and floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall closet space. The next bedroom, the Master, shares the same stunning view and includes a firm queen size bed, 2 night stands, floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall closet space with sliding doors, and a free standing dresser. The third of the bedrooms is that with two twin beds, containing a classic antique bookcase/desk, with additional drawers for storage. Several works of art adorn the walls of this room. All bedrooms have beautiful hardwood flooring.
