This beautiful apartment sits quietly in the Village of Limonta overlooking the Lecco Branch of Lake Como looking forwards Bellagio, the Grigne Mountain Range and the Rhaetian Alps in the distance, far beyond the picturesque town of Varenna.

This is a wonderful base for those who wish to enjoy Lake Como – exploring the lake by car or boat, the public boats leave from Limonta landing stage just 10 mins walk from the property, as well as for those who wish to head further afield. Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como, is just five minutes drive away. For those who enjoy walking, there are some great walks which begin in Limonta’s town square just 5 mins walk from the apartment, these walks are not only scenic but they also take you along well kept footpaths and into the countryside which surrounds the Lake.

  • Due to limited transportation in outlying and rural areas, a rental car is essential for stays at countryside villas in Italy. We are more than happy to arrange a car for you during your stay, please just let us know at time of booking.
  • Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
  • The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
