Villa Concetta is located in Argegno on the western shore of lake Como between Laglio and Tremezzo.

Built in 1911, Concetta features stunning views of the lake and surrounding mountains and is located near many restaurants, bars, coffee shops; attracting tourists from around the region.

Restored in 2002, this villa preserves many of the ancient details, including marble and terracotta floors, doors, ironworks, and furnishings. Villa Concetta features a well appointed garden and swimming pool.

The home is located less than a mile from the lake shore and sleeps 8 guests on 3 levels plus an independent house accommodating up to 4 additional guests.
