This beautiful apartment is located in the historical center of Bellagio, just a few meters from the Lake on the famous Scalinata Serbelloni, the main street in the heart of Bellagio.

You literally exit the property and have plenty of shops, restaurants and all the facilities that your heart may desire right on your doorstep! Don’t let this worry you about possible confusion and noise as this apartment is very quiet and comfortable. The closest towns with train stations are Como, 40 minutes by car, and Lecco, 20 minutes by car or Varenna which is just a 15 minutes ferry ride away. For exploring the many elegant towns and villages which line the lakeshores, you are spoiled for choice, as Bellagio is very well served with ferries, passenger boats and hydrofoils all of which depart from landing stages within a 3 minute walk from the apartment.

From the Scalinata Serbelloni, 5 steps will take you to the main entrance of the property and 17 steps will lead you to the first floor where the apartment is located. This apartment is newly furnished, well lit and spacious.

On entering you immediately find the living/dining area with a table for 4 people, a very comfortable sofa bed and Sat TV (news only). Two door-windows lead you onto the terrace with lake view which is equipped with two chairs, making this the perfect place to watch the world go by and enjoy some people watching. Next to the living room there is a well equipped kitchen with fridge, freezer, washbasin, dishwasher, gas with 4 rings, microwave oven and small table with two chairs. Next to the kitchen there is the bathroom with washbasin, bidet, wc and shower. Passing through the living room you reach the double bedroom with queen size bed, two side tables with lamps, one armchair, a small table with mirror, a spacious wardrobe and window with view of the Lake and the Scalinata Serbelloni. This apartment has both air conditioning and heating available for you during your stay.
