La Terrazza The Lakes
This is a pleasant apartment located in the small hamlet of Visgnola just one mile from the historic center of Bellagio.
In the hamlet you will find everything you need for your stay: only 3 minutes walking distance there is the local Church, a pastry shop, bar and the local grocery store. If you want to enjoy our wonderful Italian specialities you have two pizzerias plus an award winning restaurant very close to home!
This apartment is located in a very quiet area of Bellagio. From here you can enjoy amazing views of both the Lecco and Como branches of Lake Como and relax outside while dining ‘al fresco’ under the umbrella which provides shade during the hot summer days. The apartment has a private parking place in the garden available for guests use during their stay.
To enter the apartment you pass a front door and one step leads you inside. On entering you find yourself directly in the living room and a well equipped open kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, table with four chairs and fireplace. There is also a sofa with Sat TV to relax and a wide window with Lake view.
To the right of the kitchen there is one of the bedrooms with queen size bed, two night tables with lamps, a wide wardrobe, TV and two windows one with Lake view and the other overlooking the garden. From the kitchen on the left there is a short corridor that leads to the bathroom and second bedroom. The bathroom has wc, basin, bidet, shower and window with Lake view. In the corridor, hidden by the door, you will find the washing machine The bedroom has queen size bed, two night tables with lamps, wardrobe, a window and door window to a small balcony both with Lake view.

- If you have a car you can discover the beautiful villages, towns and gardens of the area and if you are willing to visit the major towns of the area consider that Como and Lecco are within a 45 minutes drive from the property
- Lugano is 1 hour 10 minutes away
- Milan is 1 hour and a half by car
- From Bellagio you can also take the ferry to reach Menaggio, Varenna or Cadenabbia on the other side of the Lake

- Please note that Italy villas rent from Saturday to Saturday. Exceptions may be possible on a case by case basis and upon request.
- The Italian government has implemented a Visitor’s Tax of €1.50 per person per day and applies to all overnight stays for the first seven days in the destination. This tax is payable to the local property manager.
