Come and visit Casa del Sol Sonriente and gaze at the fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean and beach from most every room in this beautiful casa. This 2700 sq. ft. casa is located by itself on a desert hillside overlooking the Pacific Ocean in the gated community of the Pedregal in Cabo San Lucas.

Casa Sol Sonriente is also located at the end of a street where no vehicles will pass by to interrupt your privacy.

The main casa offers a beautiful master suite with a king bed, enhanced with dolphin sculptures overhead and walk-in shower. The guest room offers a queen bed and Jack and Jill bath and the entertainment room/den has a queen futon bed. All three rooms offer sweeping Pacific Ocean views. The bedrooms and the den have a partially covered terrace with an infiniti pool, the covered part of the terrace lets you enjoy the ocean views and pool in the afternoon shade.

The double terrace offers a private place to gaze out over the Pacific Ocean to watch for whales, fishing boats or an occassional cruise ship passing by.

The separate casita is quiet and private and it offers a queen and sofa bed with kitchenette and bath.

During the winter months, enjoy the full Viking Sauna located within the residence. You may also take an early morning stroll to the Pacific Ocean Beach, or hike one of the trails located behind Casa del Sol Sonriente.
