Villa Gracia is a beautiful, well appointed home located in the private gated community of Punta Ballena, which is home to the world famous Esperanza Resort.
Beautifully framed archways of rich woods combined with marble floors, neutral tones and rich red and brown accents give a classic hacienda exterior look, yet a contemporary interior feel to this home. It is old world Mexico combined with modern day amenities.
Spacious indoor living areas make this villa very comfortable for 3 or more couples. Bedrooms are large and 3 of the 4 have ocean views. The lower master has a private pool just steps from your king size bed. Our guests are able to use a two seated golf cart and access to the beach club where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch and cocktail service through out the day. A state of the art gymnasium with stunning views of the Sea of Cortez, make Villa Gracia a sweet rental.
