In the ocean master we added new bedroom furniture, new side chair, new art, clear crystal lamps, and a 55 inch Samsung LED HD LCD TV with Blu-Ray CD/DVD and HD cable, and new carpet in the closet.

In the second master bedroom, which is arguably the largest of the two master suites, we added a grey velvet sofa and a grey velvet king bed, mirrored side tables, clear crystal lamps, original high-end art work and more. We also added a Kluft ultra-luxurious mattress set to this room. Kluft is one of the best mattress makers in the world.

Throughout D302 Bella Luna is new and original gallery quality art, mostly sourced from the best sources on Maui and Wailea Resort.

Set atop the D building in a true penthouse top-floor corner setting, no other villa compares in terms of location, view, and the all-new super-stylish contemporary decor. Bella Luna is the perfect combination of modern living in the midst of tropical splendor, and one of the only villas decorated in a modern contemporary theme. Further, the top floor corner setting is higher than most other "Wailea Beach Villas" and offers the best ocean and coastal views without being set back too far from the beach.

All furnishings, art, small appliances, mattresses (Two King Beds and Two Full Beds), bed and bath linens, and all household and kitchen supplies were recently installed. In decorating Bella Luna, we combined a splash of seasonal colors with a soothing spa-oriented palette of black, white, creme, chrome, pewter, silver, blue and gray.

Radiant natural sunlight flows through all of the rooms via the floor to ceiling glass doors and abundant windows. At night while the stars shine overhead, brilliant moonbeams reflect off the ocean and bathe the villa in a romantic soft glow. The moonsets are as impressive as the sunsets at Bella Luna.

Power binoculars on a tri-pod are provided for guests to make the best use of these front-row seats for seasonal whale watching. The expansive private terrace is decorated with dining and lounging furniture, along with your own Viking gas BBQ grill and bar fridge. Another section of the terrace is open to the sky, for a prime view of glittering stars or for private tanning and sunning - without the need to go to the pool or beach. You may also rent sports gear and beach chaise lounges/umbrellas in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach, although we also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa or home.

Ocean View Bella Luna, also known as D302, is perched above and overlooking the beachfront villas in a corner setting with windows on three sides. Bella Luna is located close to the adult pool, the fitness center, and also provides easy access to The Shops At Wailea and Wailea Beach. The Wailea Beach Villas, a sublime eden of Wailea, are graced with a symphony of glowing tiki torches, the golden sands of Wailea Beach, big blue skies, glorious sunsets, and immediate access to the azure blue Pacific. The finest suites at nearby 5-star hotels do not compare with this south and west facing corner location so convenient to the swimming pool and beach.

The Bella Luna has an award-winning full panoramic direct oceanfront view of the Pacific Ocean, Wailea Beach, off-shore islands, and the Marriott Luau facility!

Housekeeping

Light daily hotel-style housekeeping service is provided complimentary for full rate reservations, which includes re-making the beds, disposing of rubbish, replacing supplies, changing towels, and a quick general tidy-up. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. Additional service may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is not provided during the daily service, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing dry cleaning and laundry service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Barbeque

The Bella Luna has it's own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outdoors on the spacious private ocean view terrace. A beverage refrigerator is conveniently located next to the grill.

Security System

A dedicated in-villa monitored security and safety alarm system is installed. Also, attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

Parking

Provided at no charge one outdoor tarmac parking space for a larger vehicle.

Indoor Dining

A very pretty rectangle-shape clear glass dining table defines the Great Room. This seats six to eight guests for candle-light indoor dining. A separate granite breakfast bar/counter in the kitchen seats 4 persons on bar stools. Coming soon - summer of 2010 - a new round glass dining table set with rounded true leather banquette chairs.

Outdoor Dining

An over sized rectangle glass-top table seats six guests on the ocean view terrace. Additional chairs with a side table, and reclining chaise lounge chairs provide options for sunning and relaxing.

Gym

Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Internet Access

Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.

Office

A desk is provided in the second bedroom complete with an array of office supplies as well as an answering machine, and a 4-in-1 scanner/printer/copier/fax. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.
