There are three very spacious bedroom suites. Two master bedrooms have an ocean view, king beds, and en-suite baths. The third bedroom has patio access, an en-suite bath and two twins or a 3rd king bed.

Now D101 is now stocked with useful guest supplies such as coffee beans, teas, popcorn, herbs/spices, full-size containers of assorted soap and paper products, make-up remover, and more. We also provide beach coolers, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, and beach towels. These items are provided for your use on Wailea Beach in front of the resort, but the supplies provided in D101 are helpful if you wish to explore other nearby beaches and if participating in water sports or on boat/yacht excursions.

The great room has a brand new 60 inch super-thin LED HD TV. All rooms now have HD cable boxes with HD programs. The great room has an HD DVR to record your favorite programs when at the beach. D101 also now provides free NETFLIX unlimited viewing in the great room and all bedrooms. iPod dock alarm clock radios have been added to all bedrooms, and an ipod dock in the living room channels your personal music selection through the villa-wide central speaker system. There is a PS2 in the third bedroom along with an abundant assortment of PS2 games. All bedrooms and the great room have a DVD/CD player.

The gourmet kitchen is well-equipped with a generous array of better quality cooking and dining supplies. To mention a few of the generous kitchen appointments there are two Sub-Zero refrigerators with freezer/ice maker and beverage drawers, Gaggenau stainless steel five burner gas cook top, Thermador convection and microwave oven, Bosch electronic dishwasher, Espresso machine, dual coffee makers, coffee grinder, and Viking gas grill.

Coco Palms Pool Villa D101 is an oasis of tropical splendor in the heart of Wailea Resort. Just outside the villa are abundant lush and verdant tropical palms, hibiscus, banana, heliconia, bird of paradise, ferns, and other enchanting flora and fauna. We call this a "Pool Villa" because it is one of just a few villas within this resort with its own petite plunge pool. The plunge pool is surrounded by a pretty little grass lawn and tropical gardens. Located off the master bedroom suite is a lava-rock encircled outdoor hot/cold grotto shower. The shower area may also be accessed by key for private use after the beach.

D101 is in the D building which is one of the front row buildings that is close to the ocean, the oceanfront Wailea Resort walking promenade "boardwalk", the adult heated swimming pool, and Wailea Beach. D101 is also close to the family pool - the second heated pool & hot tub spa complex within Wailea Beach Villas Resort. Access the adult pool and Wailea Beach by stepping outside and strolling one short block down a staircase facing a gorgeous cascading waterfall, then along a stream decorated with lily pads and pastel colored hibiscus flowers. At night, blazing tiki torches frame the beach and pool access walkway.

Private tent cabanas are available to rent for $500 per day at the Grand Wailea Resort pool area. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea pools & water slides (height requirement applies) for up to four persons per day per cabana. Reservations are accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis. You may also rent sports gear and beach chaise lounges/umbrellas in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach, although we also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa and at the separate Wailea Beach Villas pools.

Housekeeping

Light daily hotel-style housekeeping service is provided complimentary for full rate reservations. Housekeeping service includes re-making the beds, disposing of rubbish, replacing supplies, changing towels, and a quick general tidy-up. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. Additional service may be requested in advance at an additional cost. Personal laundry service is not provided during the daily service, however our housekeepers are available to shuttle your personal dry cleaning and laundry to a near-by professional clothing dry cleaning and laundry service. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. During the Christmas and New Years holiday period, DAILY housekeeping is provided, with the exception that there is no housekeeping service on Christmas Day December 25 and on New Years Day January 1. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Barbeque

The Coco Palms Pool Villa has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outdoors on the spacious private terrace. A beverage refrigerator is conveniently located next to the grill.

Security System

Attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security. The resort entrance is gated and staffed with security personnel.

Parking

Provided at no charge one outdoor tarmac parking space.

Indoor Dining

A large indoor dining table seats six to eight guests. A separate counter in the kitchen has seating for 4 persons on bar stools.

A round outdoor table seats six guests under a covered dining terrace.

Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Internet Access

Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.

Office

A desk is provided in the Great Room complete with an array of office supplies as well as an answering machine, and a 4-in-1 scanner/printer/copier/fax. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

Home Theater

The Great Room is equipped with a 60" HD LCD flat panel TV with HD DVR cable box and Netflix Streaming Account featuring a Yamaha Audio/Video center with a 5 disc CD and DVD changer, iPod Acurian Docking Station and Surround Sound and Central Stereo Speaker System that is adjusted in all rooms of the villa using individual wall-mounted room by room volume controls.
