The M111 Island Oasis Villa at Wailea Beach Villas, also known as "Tower Building", provides two California king bedrooms, a third den bedroom sleeping space with queen bed and two marble bathrooms. This beautiful villa has more than 2,200 square feet of elegantly contemporary "Tommy Bahama" style decor with partial ocean views in a convenient ground floor walk-in location. It is exceptionally well appointed and fully equipped with above-average quality decor and appointments. Set in a south and southwest facing location, M111 Island Oasis Villa is conveniently shaded from most direct sun, making it comfortable to enjoy the outdoor terrace throughout the day. Private tent cabanas are available to rent for $500 per day at the Grand Wailea Resort pool area. Rental of a cabana provides access to the Grand Wailea pools & waterslides (height requirement applies) for up to four persons per day per cabana. Reservations are accepted only within 24 hours on a space available basis. You may also rent sports gear and beach chaise lounges/umbrellas in front of the Grand Wailea on Wailea Beach, although we also provide portable beach chairs, towels, umbrellas and coolers in your villa or home.

Makena Resort, only a few minutes drive away provides the additional exceptional Makena North Golf Course and half a dozen other sandy beaches nestled between secluded scalloped coves of ancient lava rock. M111 Island Oasis Villa is on the ground floor with a convenient walk-in location. Located in the "Tower Building" building, M111 Island Oasis is also known as villa , and is close to the family pool, spa, fitness center, business center and lobby. Sea View Sanctuary M311 is just two floors above and is an ideal combination unit. This central location is most convenient to access The Shops at Wailea and the Grand Wailea Resort. There is no need to rent a car! Walk to everything, including fine dining, shopping, spas, salons, and all types of recreation and pampering. If you are planning to visit Maui with a larger family or group, and you need more than three bedrooms, please ask us about pairing M111 Island Oasis Villa with additional various size Wailea Beach Villas, including the nearby L109 Ginger and Palm Suite or M311 SeaView Sanctuary.

View

Garden view, however there are times when a partial ocean view is available, depending on the growth cycle of the lush green foliage planted outside. There is also a view of the family pool.

Housekeeping

Complimentary mid-week cleaning is provided for every 7 nights reserved at the full published rate, except for select off-season periods. Our villas are extremely well stocked with an abundant supply of towels, blankets and extra bed linens. There is plenty of inventory to suffice for several days. Within the villa there is a laundry room with a washer/dryer, laundry supplies, iron and board. There is a pick up and drop off available within the resort for a professional dry cleaning and laundry service. Over Christmas and New Years housekeeping is provided daily. Additional housekeeping typically costs $35 per person per hour plus GE tax, with a 3 hour minimum. Advance notice is requested. Subject to availability.

Barbeque

The M111 Island Oasis Villa has its own deluxe stainless Viking propane grill with rotisserie, set outside on the spacious private ocean view terrace.

Security System

A dedicated in-villa monitored security and safety alarm system is installed. Also, attentive security personnel patrol the grounds of the Wailea Beach Villas for guest security.

Parking

Unassigned parking spaces are available in the garage at no charge. Additional unmarked spaces are available outdoors.

Indoor Dining

There is an indoor dining table which seats six to eight guests.

There is a comfortable lounging and cocktail area on the lovely outdoor private terrace.

Residents-Only Air Conditioned Gym and Fitness Center situated conveniently within Wailea Beach Villas will provide a good selection of work-out equipment. Use is complimentary for guests. The gym features Hoist brand bicep and tricep pull, leg-press, multi-press, lat pull-down, leg extension, hamstring curl. Free weights, resist-a-ball, mats. Two recumbent bikes, 2 treadmills and 2 eliptical trainers, all Precor brand with televisions. Showers and Lockers at Pool.

Internet Access

Complimentary high speed wireless internet service is provided as well as several ethernet jacks for hard wire internet high speed connections for guests without wireless receivers in their computers.

Office

A work area is provided. For your convenience there is a complete array of office supplies stocked as well as an answering machine and HP 7410xi All-In-One fax/scanner/printer/copier. To send or receive a fax use the personal fax machine provided in your own villa. Separately, there is a formal Business Center located in the main lobby, that is equipped with two Dell computers and a printer. It is open from 7:15 am - 10:00 pm daily.

Home Theater

The Great Room is equipped with a flat panel 42 inch Samsung HD Plasma Television with surround sound receiver. Also provided in the Great Room is an HD DVR digital cable box with HBO and premium movie and music channels, Denon 5 disc CD player, DVD player, iPort, Logitech Harmony remote control, and exceptional speaker system. The central stereo may be adjusted in all rooms of the villa using individual wall-mounted room by room volume controls.
