The Villa By Barton G. is a historic mansion built by Standard Oil's Alden Freeman in 1930. The mansion was doubled in size and completely renovated by fashion designer Gianni Versace in 1992. Events promoter/gastropreneur Barton G. Weiss completed a multimillion renovation in 2010.

Luxuriate in one of the Villa’s 10 custom suites featuring king sized beds or custom double king beds, custom Italian marble oversized bathrooms with two shower heads, expansive closet space, separate living rooms or sitting areas and balconies or patios. The Dining Room at The Villa By Barton G., with its pebble mosaiced walls and storied history, features refined continental cuisine fused with Barton G. style. The intimate 30-seat Dining Room is a gastronome’s delight with signature dishes that include The Villa Salad with frozen Caesar dressing and Colorado Rack of Lamb accompanied by Greek Yogurt Jelly Cubes dusted with Harissa. The carefully cultivated wine list features more than 100 labels selected from the world’s finest vintners. Diners can choose from a variety of specialty cocktails such as The Villa Martini, a scintillating blend of liquors served in a Versace martini glass.

Open seven nights a week from 7 p.m. until late, reservations are required, with priority reservations for hotel guests.
