The villa is located in the magical setting of Filizi in Santa Maria area right next to the sea and only ten minutes’ drive from Naousa and twenty minutes’ drive from Paros port and airport.

The villa resort is composed of 4 stone-built Residences with private pool, three with 3 bedrooms and one with 4 bedrooms, located in the magical setting of Filizi in Santa Maria area right next to the sea and only ten minutes’ drive from Naousa and twenty minutes’ drive from Paros port and airport.

The Villas in the resort have full equipped kitchens, individual air conditioning, Wi-Fi , private courtyards with private pool and private parking in each villa. The view from the entire property is towards the sea. The location is quiet with many kedros trees and sandy landscape
There are many coves formatted from the sand in front of the villas and so you can choose your private one. Otherwise you can use Santa Maria organized beach with beach bars, sunbeds, umbrellas and restaurants.

From the road there is a private gated entrance with private parking for the villa. As you enter from the main door on the ground floor there is an open plan sitting area with a dining area for 6-8 persons. There is also a separate fully equipped kitchen. You can exit to the pool area from this floor. On the lower floor there is bedroom with twin beds, that can be turned into a double bed, with and en suite bathroom with shower. You can exit to the terrace and the pool from this bedroom directly.
